PRIVACY POLICY
i do not sell or distribute your info to ANYONE—third party, my mom, your ex included.
i take your privacy and confidentiality VERY seriously, as seriously as my own. And that’s pretty serious.
The only info i “collect” is if you sign up for my newsletter. And even then it’s just first name and email address (no blood type needed at this time 😜).
When and if you decide to opt-out of my newsletter, your info is completely deleted from my database (i.e. Mailchimp) and is not kept or tucked away anywhere else.
If at any point in our time together (online or otherwise) you have any questions about how your information is used, please email support@brandiamaraskyy.com.
MY KARMA-FREE RETURN POLICYÂ
i put a lot of time, love, and energy into everything i create. i send everything out into the world the same way too. That being said, i do not offer refunds on any of my digital books, products, or services.
Books purchased through Amazon can be returned via Amazon, but books purchased via my online shop are nonrefundable.
So please shop mindfully.

MY ONE-ON-ONE POLICY
(Soul Stories, Skyy Readings, & Embodied Writing Sessions)Â
Soul Stories and Embodied Writing Session all require a deposit upon signing of the contract.
Because i start designing and creating a custom curriculum for you immediately upon receiving the deposit, deposits are non-refundable.
Any remaining balance is due a week before we begin our work—unless you and i have worked out something otherwise.
One day intensives, coaching sessions, and/or group workshops are nonrefundable as well.
Again, i am more than happy to answer any and all questions to ensure that you are making the BEST decision for yourself and your needs.
MY BOOKING POLICY
i’m a traveling showgirl and speaker. If you’re interested in booking me for your drag show, creative workshop, retreat, or conference, i require a non-refundable deposit.
Please also note that travel and hotel will also need to be provided in addition to my fee. (You’d be surprised how many people haven’t included that in the past!).

It varies depending upon your needs and requirements.

The closed-minded, the cutoff heart, the jaded soul, or the eternally pessimistic and ungrateful.
The know-it-alls, the tell-it-alls, the exploit-it-alls—those who will stop at nothing to gain it all.
The fact seekers, the qualification needers, and the need to see-it-to-believe-it believers.
The linears, the straight and narrow, the one-wayers—my way or the highway.
The drama lovers, the gossipers, the tellers of secrets, and other people who take pleasure in other humans and nonhumans pain.
The carbon copiers and copies, the cookie cutters, and the be-just-like-me-ers.
The word mafia, the thought police, and other self-appointed gatekeepers of things that cannot be ‘kept.’
Homophobes, dogmatics, fearmongers, and other ‘our way is the right way’ sayers.
Absolutists and absolutism.
Extremes, extremists, and extremism—in either direction.
Quick fixes, easy answers, shallow waters.
Those who do not wish to change, my work is not for you.
