EVERGREEN 2022 ORACLE READING: WEST CHOICE

THE INVITATION: THE VISION QUEST

The Fool. The ultimate quest for our personal legends. This is a big year for you. One that will have you going down and on important adventures to live out your truth. Take heed of the omens. Read Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist. Study the tarot. And study alchemy. This is your year of venturing through the Fools Journey–all 21 Arcana shifts await you. Go after that big dream. But first, ask all the directions to be with you. A quest is nothing without it’s cast of supporting characters; who are taking with you as you venture into this year of self? Who do you want to call in? The wind? A mentor? Eagle? Let yourself fly within the visions you have for the year. But make sure it is THE thing you really want. This is a year of transformation for you. Pack your bags. Figure out your destination and let the wind carry you down the path you pave for yourself. 

Pay attention to your waking dreams. They will help guide and illuminate your way. Keep an omen journal and take heed as the universe conspires with and for you.

Don’t be afraid of venturing down the road less travel. That is the path of transcendence and the stuff our dream lives are made of. 

THE ELEMENTAL: CAVE

Winter will also be an integrative time for you. How do you need to protect yourself on your journey? Do you certain chords need to be cut? Do you need to cleanse your vehicle (i.e. your body) and purify it for the journey? Do you have a grounding practice that supports you? You will need it. Do you have daily rituals that will help keep you tethered while also marking and tracking the change? Before you venture off is as good a time as ever to establish, name, and claim your protection tools. 

Find ways that you can create physical incubations/ caves in your life. Cover yourself from head to toe with a blanket while you meditate. Travel into your womb self. Physically seek out and venture into caves. They hold great medicine and potent awakenings for your vision quest. 

Go deep. Slumber. And emerge the hero of your own story. It is time.
